I achieved my Master’s Degree in Applied Indigenous Knowledge with honours.

I wrote The Kaupapa Māori Tikanga & Kawa for Hair & Makeup Artists. Mātauranga Māori frameworks for hair & makeup artists are ethically signed off and academically backed, providing a depth of previously unavailable services.

I am in talks with the government agency Toi Mai to provide my thesis to benefit all New Zealanders; watch this space.

Tēnā koutou katoa I have rebranded to Bianca Fallon|Makeup.Hair.Rongoā, and it is liberating to authentically be Aotearoa NZ’s first qualified hair & makeup Indigenous master practitioner with models of understanding, practice and health.

I am now studying my second year of Rongoā Māori Healing & Medicine and have been signed off as a Rongoā ACC Practitioner. I use the tools of my trade to heal and shapeshift my clients. Please go to this

Next year I will begin my PhD research and argue that traditional rongoā healing merged with contemporary hair and makeup heals personal trauma. I will require research participants, so contact me if you want to be involved.
