Summer is 10 weeks away my beauties and if you have not thought about getting into shape yet now is the time to start.
It is time to look at your daily exercise routine and see where you can fit it in, perhaps begin with 30 minutes of walking minimum for one week.
Next schedule a weeks worth of gym visits into your daily routine, you know you can find the time even if you have get up an hour earlier or take the kids and the dog for a walk down the beach or park. If you have fat to lose focus on cardio training and if you are already slim focus on weight training to tone.
Eating a varied balanced diet is 80% of the challenge, you can work out all you like but if you do not change what you put into your mouth all of that exercise will be fruitless. Eat three meals a day with healthy snacks in between, then you will not be hungry and tempted by junk food on the run and being prepared is important you must go grocery shopping and prepare your meals and snacks, always have water and fruit on you. Cut out as much sugar as possible added with exercise and you will see the changes in your figure.
